Följ den markerade leden mot Silverfallet. Stigen går genom fjällbjörkskog med ståtlig nordisk stormhatt, tibast och många olika orkidéer. Vandringen fortsätter sedan över några myrar tills du kommer till Nylandsvallens fäbod som var i bruk fram till 1960-talet.
Fortsätt sedan över bron vid Öjönån och ta höger och följ ån uppströms tills du når till det vackra Silverfallet.
Gå sedan tillbaka till Nylandsvallen och följ skyltningen mot Viksjövålen/Öjön. Fortsätt stigen till nästa vägskäl och ta höger mot den idylliska skogsfäboden Vålvallen som brukades 1918–1951. Fäboden användes endast vartannat år då den växlades med fäbodvallen Viksjövallen.
Follow the marked trail to Silverfallet. The path goes through a forest of mountain birch with stately wolf’s-bane, mezereum and many kinds of orchid. The walk then continues across some marshes until you reach the Nylandsvallen shieling, which was in use until the 1960s.
Then cross the bridge over Öjönån, turn right and follow the river upstream until you reach the beautiful Silverfallet waterfall.
Then walk back to Nylandsvallen and follow the signs to Viksjövålen/Öjön. Continue along the path to the next junction and turn right towards the idyllic forest shieling of Vålvallen, which was in use 1918–1951. It was only used every other year, as it was alternated with the shieling at Viksjövallen.
